Kitty Peels

Kitty is a Brighton based aerial circus, aerial yoga and pilates instructor, an aerial performer and lover of all movement work.
She left her science background after completing an MPharm and a few years in clinical practice to run away with the circus after falling in love with static trapeze, training on tour with No Fit State Circus in the UK & Belgium.
She then enjoyed many years further training with a range of wonderful international practitioners whilst performing various aerial disciplines specialising in static trapeze and doubles corde lisse.
Early into her circus journey she developed a passion for teaching and has now been teaching aerial circus for over 15 years, constantly developing, creating and adapting her practice to find new ways to benefit her students of all levels and ages, helping them to find the joy and fun of exploring aerial movement.
Kitty's devotion to continuing her learning and interest in anatomy and healthy bodies for aerial practice led her on a natural path to pilates and another love affair began.
She is hugely passionate in supporting people to explore the possibilities of what all different bodies are capable of, encouraging a healthy connection to our breath, centre and control with fluidity of movement.
