A unique blend of classical and contemporary Pilates techniques tailored specifically for aerialists. This class will emphasize breath, connection and precision, building on core engagement, spinal movements and holistic body awareness.

Aiming to compliment the complex movements we do in the air, we will utilise props to help provide feedback and support, enhancing your control, encouraging elongation and stability in your body. Modifications can be given throughout to ensure a pain free, safe and inclusive environment.

Having been to many Aerial Festivals my aim for this class is to leave you feeling invigorated and balanced with the energy and mental focus you need for EADF!
