Handstands are a great tool for aerialists to develop, utilising the push rather than the pull as we do in our aerial practice and understanding why this important (even key) to injury prevention and future progress.
In this class we’ll be looking at correct technique in handstands, building up your strength, flexibility, and balance and aiming to improving confidence and endurance in freestanding handstands.
For those able to confidently balance handstands, we will work on one arm drills, presses to handstands and different entrances, and exits to handstands.
