Shoes should be slim soled plimsolls (or pumps) for working on the wheel – Feiyues are ideal!
Cyr Wheel – Intermediate and up
Week 2
2.30 – 4.00pm
Space A, Dance Studio – Tutor Beverley Grant
For practitioners who have some previous experience of cyr wheel and it will be a fantastic refresher for returning students. We’ll revisit the foundations of manipulating, spinning and rocking before moving on to new material and challenges. These workshops will allow you to expand your existing knowledge base and work with more complex manipulations/variations as well as preparations for waltzing, cartwheels and coins. This session will incorporate some creative tasks and linking some movements into building a sequence.
