WARM UP

Dance – Warm up

9.00am – 10.00am - Space A, Atrium
Week 1 - Tutor Magalie Lanriot - Improver and Up
A festival hit every year this class will ease you gently into your day. Beginning with a floor warm that pays attention to sensation, initiation and weight we’ll then expand into exploring balance and falling off of it finding ease of movement in and out of the floor.
Drawing from release and yoga, this class culminates with learning phrases to find control, abandon and fluidity.
NB you should have some dance experience to join this class.

9.00am – 10.00am - Space A, Atrium
Week 2 - Tutor Lee Clayden - All Levels
Easing you gently into your day, we’ll begin with a floor warm, checking in with where you’re at; sensing and listening, before shifting into encouraging more heat into the body as we move into and around the space.

A really fun class of simple led sequences and suggestions for travelling across the floor and through life.

Pilates – All levels

9.00am – 10.00am - Week 1
Space B, Chandelier 1 – Tutor Christiana Stewart

A strong full body start to the day, this 1 hour bodyweight class is designed to wake up the body, build heat, and prepare you to move with strength, control, and intention.

We’ll flow through dynamic, full-body sequences using signature TMB multi-planner programming, challenging your body across all directions- forward, backward, lateral, and vertical. This layered approach builds coordination, balance, and athletic endurance while creating a deep, continuous burn through the whole body.

Blending Pilates principles with yoga-inspired mobility and strength training, the class focuses on core activation, joint mobility, and full-body integration. Expect to move with fluidity while also being challenged in speed, stability, and control—developing the kind of strength and precision performers need in the air, alongside ease, control, and expressive flow.

On selected days, small equipment may be incorporated to further enhance resistance, activation, and muscular challenge.

9.00am – 10.00am - Week 2
Space B, Chandelier 1 – Tutor Kitty Peels

A great start to the day to prepare our bodies ready for aerial training, we will be progressing our fun fluid sequences throughout the week.

Connecting to our breath, awakening our core and mobilising our joints, we will focus on muscle activation and stabilisation, targetting what is most useful to us in the air.
Bands and equipment provided.

General Warmup – All Levels

9.00am – 10.00am - Week 1
Space F, Stage– Tutor Jenny Tufts
This general warmup offers an opportunity to check in with your body each morning and prepare for the aerial work ahead. We’ll work with specific mobilizations and muscle activations commonly prescribed for aerialist prehab, as well as larger compound movements which will challenge your coordination, elevate your heart rate, and sometimes look endearingly silly.

9.00am – 10.00am - Week 2 - ACROFLOW Warmup
Space F, Stage – Tutor Laila Umeko

Iliana proposes a warm up that will prepare you for your day of training ahead; one that recognises the importance of being grounded before going in the air.
We’ll mix it up on the floor working between cardiovascular, mobility, articulation, strength and soft acrobatics exercises.
Dancing as always will be a foundation for these warm ups, distracting you from the fact of warming up whilst diving into your creativity at the same time.

VAYU Aerial Yoga® Class – All levels

9.00am – 10.00am - Week 1
Space D, Chandelier 2 (free-standing rig) – Tutor Lee Clayden
An aerial yoga practice created by Ana Prada, the focus of this class will be to open and connect the body slowly and becoming aware of the breath.

The VAYU practice takes the body to a much deeper level. Using the support of the swing we are able to challenge the body moving through various postures, as well as allowing the nervous system to relax, encouraging a letting go into complete surrender Preparing and re-setting the body in a supported, intelligent manner.

Lee has worked extensively with Ana and teaches the aerial yoga pre-training alongside her, he also has a long-standing yoga practice.

This class is open to all levels.

9.00am – 10.00am - Week 2
Space D, Chandelier 2 (free-standing rig) – Tutor Ana Prada
VAYU Aerial Yoga® is an active restorative practice that helps and allows people to connect and open their body in a gentle and organic way.

The VAYU Swing is a support system and a therapeutic tool, used to mobilise and ‘unglue’ the body, using the principles of opposition, working at a myofascial level, creating space, alignment, and deep connection within the body as well as allowing the nervous system to switch to parasympathetic mode, simply put - to relax.
